1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://mykingpins.com (the “Site”) and the services, products, facilities, and events offered by KingPins Family Entertainment Center (“KingPins,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 2725 SW Cedar Hills Blvd, Beaverton, Oregon 97005.

By accessing the Site, making a reservation, purchasing a product, or entering our facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases, reservations, or bookings through the Site. Minors may use the Site and our facilities only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or copy Site content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security features
  • Use the Site to transmit harmful code, spam, or harassing content
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Use the Site in any manner that violates applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the KingPins name, logo, graphics, photos, videos, text, and design — is owned by KingPins or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site.

5. Reservations, Bookings, and Purchases

When you make a reservation, book a party or event, or purchase a product through the Site:

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice
  • We make every effort to ensure pricing and availability are accurate, but errors may occur; if an error is discovered after your order, we will notify you and offer a corrected price or refund
  • Payment is processed at the time of booking unless otherwise stated
  • A confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
  • Party packages, lane reservations, and event bookings are subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policies, which will be provided at the time of booking

6. Facility Use and Assumption of Risk

By entering the KingPins facility or participating in any activity offered by KingPins — including but not limited to bowling, arcade games, laser tag, and party events — you acknowledge and agree that:

  • These activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, and injuries from equipment or other guests
  • You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of any minors in your care
  • You agree to follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines
  • You are responsible for supervising any children you bring into the facility
  • You participate voluntarily and at your own risk

7. Photography and Video

KingPins may photograph or record video in its facility for security, marketing, and promotional purposes. By entering the facility, you consent to being photographed or recorded and to the use of such images by KingPins in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a staff member.

8. SMS/Text Messaging Program

KingPins operates an SMS alerts and notifications program via short code 48549. Use of this program is governed by our separate SMS Terms of Service. By opting into the program, you agree to those terms in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by KingPins. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. KINGPINS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINGPINS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, OUR FACILITY, OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL KINGPINS’ TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO KINGPINS IN THE [X] MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KingPins, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Oregon, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
