Our party host was AMAZING! From greeting us to the very end of our daughters party she was awesome. We came to celebrate our daughters 8th birthday party with a handful of friends. This was her first birthday party that was held at a place other then our home. And she made this such a great experience for her. She even joined the mom team when it came to moms vs kids laser tag since us moms were way out numbered. Thank you for making our little girls birthday so special.
Both our waitstaff and the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure that we had a fantastic experience. I was very impressed with the level and quality of service.
Amanda went above & beyond to care for all 25 of us as we got to bowl & spend time together at our company Christmas party with no hiccups whatsoever! She served us drinks for 3 hours straight & was always in sight when we needed anything.
The front desk guy helped us during the event. The guests arrived a little earlier than expected and he was so kind and nice that he offered Arcade cards for all the guests for FREE. I’ve been to many bowling places but the services received and the overall experience was awsome!! KingPins is best in their customer service and they go beyond an extra mile to make their guests happy. Definitely will recommend KingPins.
