Bowling
On average it takes between 12 to 15 minutes per guest to complete one game of bowling.
Cosmic Bowling is when the lights go down and the fun goes up at KingPins! Bowl under black lights while the latest music videos play on our 16 foot wide projection screens and laser lights race across the lanes. It’s like no other bowling experience you’ve had!
All of our lanes can accommodate up to six guests per lane.
Yes, bumpers are available on all lanes for younger or beginner bowlers. Bumpers can be selected for any a specific bowler and go up when they are up to bowl and back down for the rest of the group.
With bumpers, light weight bowling balls and ramps kids as young as five years old are able to bowl.
Bowling shoes have a sole that allows sliding when releasing the bowling ball. Sneakers or indoor shoes are not permitted. The approaches have a special coating, which can be damaged with other shoes. Bowling shoes protect the approaches.
Reservations can be made on our website here. All reservations require pre-payment in advance. Reservations can be made up to two hours in advance, with a maximum of 30 days in advance. While reservations are not required, they do guarantee bowling lanes are waiting for your arrival at your desired time.
The TapHouse is our private bowling lounge, featuring luxury seating, large projector screens and direct access to our bar. It’s perfect for celebrations of all kinds, but it’s also open to the public when not reserved.
Gift Cards/FunCards
FunCards can be used throughout our facility for bowling, food and beverage, all attractions in the arcade and laser tag. FunCards can be re-loaded.
On the back of all FunCards is a QR code that can be scanned using your smartphone. This will provide your balance for cash and tickets.
Arcade
FunCards are used to load and re-load money on them. FunCards also load your tickets on them, no need to worry about mis-placing any tickets.

Laser Tag
Laser Tag is played with anywhere from 2 to 28 players and involves wearing a vest with an attached phaser with a unique character’s name displayed on the screen. When the game starts, the two teams head into the arena and aim for each other’s vests in an attempt to outscore the opponent. Within the laser tag arena are also two bases, one for each team to destroy for a huge bonus.
All guests must be at least 44” tall to play.
We run up to 28 players at a time for each laser tag mission.
No, we welcome walk-in customers at all hours of operation. While we may have parties booked during the day, we make sure there is plenty of room for walk-in guests in our games.
Before the mission starts all players will watch a brief video letting them know the rules and how to play. We suggest that players wear closed-toe, rubber-soled shoes. Key rules are no running, no physical contact, no lying down, no climbing, and no profanity or screaming. Additionally, we will have personnel in the arena to maintain safety throughout the round and help if there are any questions.
Food and Beverage/TapHouse
Celebratory desserts are the only outside food permitted. All other food and beverage must be purchased from our TapHouse Bar and Grill.
Not at all! Drinks are allowed throughout the facility.
Anyone under the age of 21 is allowed inside the TapHouse, except Friday and Saturday nights after 9pm. This includes the bowling and restaurant area.
Birthday Parties
Kids and Teen Party Packages are available for booking up to 45 days in advance of your requested date. You must book more than 7 days in advance.
All birthday party packages receive 90-minutes of reserved space. Both the Bowl & Royal parties are celebrated lane-side while the Arcade & Laser Tag parties are celebrated table-side.
All Parties have a Dedicated Party Team assigned to facilitate all details of the party. The Party Team will set-up the included décor prior to arrival, greet you upon arrival, guide you and your guests to your party space, assist with coordination for bowling, coordination with FunCard distribution, assist with pizza & beverage service, set-up & cleanup-during and after your celebration and billing.
Party supplies are included for all parties. This includes party-themed plates, napkins and cups for pizza & beverage service. Party-themed dessert plates are provided if you choose to bring in a celebratory dessert item.
We welcome you to bring in decorations such as balloons, tablecloths, table decorations and party supplies, although not required. KingPins prohibits use of confetti, hanging decorations and taping to venue structures and walls.
We welcome you to bring in a celebratory dessert item for your party. We recommend cupcakes, cookies, donuts, or an easily shareable item. Cakes are welcome and we provide cutting/serving utensils upon request. Please refrain from bringing in ice cream.
Party Packages are booked for celebrations with up to 10 guests or up to 15 guests, this guest count includes the guest of honor. If looking to book for more than 15 guests, please speak to our events team for booking details and availability.
Reserved party space is based on the above-mentioned guest count of up to 10 or up to 15 guests. Space for adults and non-participants may be limited, however they are always invited to stay and enjoy all our venue has to offer. KingPins arcade has over 60 games including VR, Laser Tag (exclusive to KingPins Beaverton) and Winner’s Court Redemption Store. TapHouse Bar and Grill offers a full restaurant & bar with walk-up service and table seating.
