At KingPins, we make fundraising simple, enjoyable, and community-focused! Organizations can choose from multiple event styles designed to bring people together while supporting a great cause. Whether you’re planning a gathering that encourages supporters to participate on a specific day or an option that allows you to raise funds through advance promotion, our programs are built to be easy to run and rewarding for your group. No matter which option you choose, KingPins provides the fun your organization enjoys the benefits!

Giveback Events

Host a Give Back Night at KingPins and turn a fun outing into a fundraiser! On your designated night, a percentage of select sales go directly back to your organization. It’s an easy, no-fuss way for supporters to enjoy food, games and attractions while helping your cause.

Frequently Asked Questions

We host giveback fundraisers Monday through Wednesday between 3pm and 10pm. A giveback fundraiser must be requested with a least four weeks notice and up to six months in advance.

All participants’ food, n/a beverages and FunCard sales purchased during your event count towards the fundraiser. Participants must present a flyer at the time of payment for the order to be counted towards the fundraiser.
All orders must be placed in-person at your selected KingPins location.

If after three business days you have not heard back about your fundraiser request, please reach out to [email protected] and we would be happy to look into it.

A KingPins event sales team member will provide you with a flyer that you can share directly on your socials and promote your event to your supporters.

Per our guest facing policies, all promotion of the fundraiser must happen prior to the event taking place. We do not allow promoting inside KingPins or within the vicinity of our venue, including the parking lot. This includes flyers, donation jars, information tables, decorations and soliciting guests.

Fundraiser checks take four to six weeks to be processed and received in the mail. If after six weeks you have not received your fundraiser check please reach out to your event sales team member.

Community Event

Bring your group together for an event of fun and fundraising! With this option, your group sells tickets in advance for a designated day/time at KingPins. It’s a great way to engage supporters, enjoy our attractions, and raise funds all while creating a memorable event for everyone involved.
