A 20% service charge is applied to the total party cost. This includes additional items added on party day. This charge is collected as a fee for services related to the party and is distributed to the team on party day.

Questions

Kids Party Packages are available for booking up to 45 days in advance of your requested date. Booking availability will close 7 days in advance of your requested date.

All parties start with 90 minutes of reserved table space. ROYAL and BOWL parties are celebrated lane-side. LASER TAG parties are celebrated table-side in the restaurant. ROYAL and BOWL parties enjoy bowling, pizza, soft drinks and optional-celebratory dessert time during the 90 minute lane-side reservation. LASER TAG parties enjoy laser tag, pizza, soft drinks and optional*-celebratory dessert time during the 90 minute table-side reservation in the restaurant. All parties finish their experience with arcade play following the 90 minute reservation. ROYAL parties play laser tag immediately following the lane-side reservation before ending with arcade play.

BOWL Parties have a Dedicated Party Team ready when you arrive. The Party Team will greet you upon arrival, guide you and your guests to your party space, assist with coordination for bowling, coordination with FunCard distribution, assist with pizza & beverage service, set-up & cleanup-during and after your celebration and billing.

ROYAL parties have a Private Party Host dedicated to only your party. Your Private Party Host will greet you upon arrival, guide you and your guests to your party space, coordinate bowling, assist kids with shoe sizing, entering names into the scoring machines, pizza and beverage service, leading guests with happy birthday song, assistance with celebratory dessert service, FunCard distribution to guests, cleanup during and after your celebration and billing.

Reserved party space is based on participating guests. Space for adults/non-participants is limited. If looking to reserve additional space, please message us for pricing and availability.Adults and non-participants are always welcome to explore other areas of our venue. KingPins arcade has over 60 games including Laser Tag, VR and Winner’s Court Redemption Store. TapHouse Bar and Grill offers a full restaurant & bar with walk up service and table seating available on a first come basis. Parents that drop kids off for the hosted portion of the party are welcomed back to accompany their child for arcade play during the last half hour of the party.

KingPins provides party supplies which include plates, napkins and cups for pizza and soft drink service. We provide party themed plates and napkins for optional dessert celebration. Reserved party space includes a centerpiece and welcome sign displaying the Guest of Honor’s name. Additional decorations such as balloons, tablecloths, table decorations and party supplies are welcomed. KingPins prohibits use of confetti, hanging decorations and taping to venue structures and walls. Gift opening during your party is optional. If choosing to open gifts during your visit, we recommend coordinating time within your 90 minute space reservation to ensure all guests have space to gather.

KingPins Beaverton is a full-service Entertainment Venue with a Restaurant and Bar. All food and beverage for your party must be supplied by KingPins TapHouse Restaurant, with the exception of a celebratory dessert. Celebratory Dessert is optional. We recommend cupcakes, cookies, donuts, or easily shareable items. Cakes are welcomed and cutting/serving utensils are provided upon request.
